  2. Since the very beginning, for the main roles I imagined two Latvian actors - Toms Veličko for the voice of Toms and Ģirts Krūmiņš for the voice of Valdis. And with the help of sound designer Ernests Ansons, I had the chance to record them.

    I am feeling truly lucky to have been able to work with these talented actors. It was undeniably an amazing experience to see how with their professionalism and passion they added so much life and beautiful nuances to the characters, letting to further develop them. A true mastery!

  4. This is not our first colloboration. They both have played roles in my previous films. You can hear Ģirts's voice in both of my previous films "Night Walks" (role of father) and "Riga's Lilac" (role of the scientist). He always adds so much depth to the character.

    With Toms I worked on "Riga's Lilac". He played the roles of the policemen. During the recording he was so playful and ready to try out things, find the right feeling for each character, that I knew immideatelly, that I want to work with him again on next projects. So here we are, at "Perfect Night"
